Therapy Services

Therapy sessions are conducted from a private art studio in a rural setting and all art materials are provided. A one to one session is typically 60 minutes long and will ideally be once a week on the same day and time.

An assessment meeting will be arranged once you have been in contact with me; this session will cover any questions you have about art therapy, the therapeutic contract and additional information. The assessment meeting will be up to 50 minutes.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, NHS staff will be offered a 20% session fee.

I am currently only offering therapy for people aged 18+.
