Is Therapy right for you?
Starting therapy can be unsettling and cause you some worry, but the therapist’s job is to guide and support you with this and to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Many clients find that their worries about starting therapy pass after a few sessions.
You do not need to consider yourself ‘good’ at art to see an art therapist; a willingness to be creative is all that is needed.
Anyone who is looking for support can see a therapist; there is no need for an official diagnosis of mental health problems.
